Why is my order being shipped separately / in different packages? viewed 13,247 times

If you purchase a Flow Hive* or Flow Super, the Flow Frames and timber components are shipped as two separate packages, due to the size and weight of the boxes.

*The only exception is our Flow Hive Hybrid 3, which contains the Flow Frames and wooden components in the same package.

We don't have any option for pick-up at the moment. We will look into this but can make no guarantees.
This is due to boxes and frames being produced at different locations.
