Our revolutionary Flow Frames are available for purchase separately to be added to your existing hive. Modify your honey super, or build one from scratch, to convert your hive and experience the ease of harvesting with Flow.

Invented by father and son team Stu and Cedar Anderson, our patented Flow Frame technology is the most significant advancement in beekeeping since 1852. It is now possible to simply turn the Flow Key and watch as pure, untouched, unprocessed fresh honey flows right out of the hive and into your jar.

10 years in the making and almost a decade of use in the beekeeping community, Flow Frames are the gentlest way to extract honey ever conceived, for both bees and beekeepers alike.

The unique clear end-frame view allows beekeepers to observe their busy bees and see at a glance when the honey is ready.

flow frame replacement

I replaced some of my older flow frames because I was getting very little honey when harvesting. It seems when they are new I get over 1/2 gallon in each frame. I was amazed at how fast the honey came out. I had to run to get another jar because the 1/2 jar i was using was going to overflow.

New frames = happy bees

I recently purchased new flow frames for my flow hive 2. This year I added a thin coat of wax to the flow frames before I put them in to the super. Let’s just say my hive is full of very busy happy little bees this season and they have taken to the new flow frames like champs. I love watching them prep the flow frames for honey. I love knowing I can harvest as much or as little honey as needed from each flow frame without disrupting the hive in a gentle and harmonious fashion between bee hive and bee keeper. Thanks Flow Hive for creating such a beautiful and kind product!

Flow hive rejuvenation

Replace frames in rebuild of recently purchased classic flow hive as it required a total rebuild after suffering a life of abuse. Waiting for a split to build out before adding the rebuild super. This will make for 3 flow hives after only originally intending to have only one, what a great invention for a great hobby.
